After completion, you receive one invoice for fees, agency commission and expenses, payable within 14 days.

From our large model pool, we put together a selection tailored to your request.
- Replacement if a model drops out
If a model cancels at short notice, we immediately arrange an equivalent replacement.
- Personal advice
We advise you on casting, fees and usage rights. We usually reply to requests within 24 hours.
- One invoice
After completion, you receive one consolidated invoice from us.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your contract with RAYA MODELS, a platform of RAYA GmbH, is only valid after you have reconfirmed your choice of freelancers and returned the signed contract to us. The online booking request is non-binding and free of charge!
If the contract is legally valid, the following cancellation policy applies:
.- If the job is cancelled up to 21 calendar days before the beginning of the job, 10% of the booking amount will be charged.
- Between 21 days and 72 hours before the beginning of the job, 20% of the booking amount will be charged.
- From 72 hours before the beginning of the job up to 24 hours before the beginning of the job 80% of the booking amount will be charged.
- 24 hours before the beginning of the job 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
