BRANCHES AT RAYA MODELS

RAYA MODELS places independent employees for representative jobs to clients at trade fairs, events or congresses. The jobs always differ a little bit, because they are based on the needs and wishes of the client.

In addition to good manners, it is usually even more important for our clients that our freelancers can communicate confidently on a professional level. Often you represent our clients during the first contact with their customers.

Model

As a model please send us a wide selection of pictures. Please also describe if you work on the catwalk and which companies you have worked for in these areas.

Tänzer, Künstler

As a dancer, it would be helpful if you could provide us with a short dance video of you on youtube in addition to the photos.

Promotion, Event

The main task in this area is to raise customer interest in a new product.
This can be done in various ways, such as distributing flyers or by a walking act (here, the aim is to attract the attention of the customer by means of a uniform appearance (costumes, disguise).

In catering, drinks or small snacks usually have to be served.

Empfang, Garderobe, Kasse

At the reception you are always the first person to contact for visitors, you give information and assistance about the event. For closed events, the access authorization must be checked.

CONDITIONS

well-groomed appearance
A well-groomed appearance is obligatory for our self-employed employees, since they are in direct contact with customers and therefore represent the company. Most clients prefer a conservative appearance.
Professional manners
Professional expression and friendliness are crucial, as our independent employees represent the client to the outside world.
knowledge of English / strong knowledge of English
Due to the international audience at trade fairs and events, English language skills are very important for our freelancers. Other foreign languages are of course very advantageous for a booking.

Pay and working hours

The pay depends on the location (e.g. metropolitan areas), qualifications (e.g. foreign languages) or special experience. You can find more detailed information on our earnings page.

The working hours depend of course on the respective client, but are usually between 8 and 10 hours.

Consider possible locations (At which locations in Germany you can work for RAYA MODELS).
In which of our branches would you like to work? (Hostess, Catering, or rather in our promotion team?) Of course the most booked are the independent employees, who can do several activities.
Upload current photos.
Photos play a very important role in the selection of the independent employees. Not only we as employers get a picture of you, but also the clients choose the self-employed employees based on the photos and information from the application. Therefore we require at least 3 pictures (at least 1x portrait, 1x full body photo). Basically, several different pictures are always an advantage for a booking.

YOUR APPLICATION

In order to apply for a job with us, personal information such as age, size, clothing size, hair color and other characteristics must be provided. For some trade shows these details can be decisive for the booking. For example, some clients want hostesses who correspond to a certain type (brunettes only), or they need a certain dress size to provide uniforms/costumes.
